1. Agreement
By engaging AURANTIQ for any service, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms form the basis of our professional working relationship. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.
2. Services
AURANTIQ provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Identity Architecture
- Strategic Performance
- Intelligent System
All services are custom-scoped and agreed upon before any work begins. The scope of work is defined in a written proposal or agreement sent to the client before the project starts.
3. Payments & Fees
A 50% advance payment of the total project value is required before any work begins. This payment secures your project in our schedule and covers initial work allocation. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery or launch. No final files, website access, or deliverables will be handed over until full payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable once a project has started due to the custom nature of our work. For monthly retainer services, payment is due at the beginning of each month. If payment is not received within 5 business days, work will be paused until payment is cleared.
4. Project Timeline & Communication
All project timelines are defined in the proposal. Timelines are based on timely client cooperation including:
- Providing required content, assets, and information on time
- Responding to feedback requests within 5 business days
- Approving deliverables within the agreed timeframe
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days, the project will be placed on hold. Restarting a paused project may require timeline adjustments or additional fees.
5. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the original proposal. Standard projects include 2 rounds of revisions. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope of work will be treated as additional work and may ouccr extra charges. Any scope changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work begins.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
- Supply all necessary content, images, logos, and assets in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
- Ensure all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights
- Maintain respectful and professional communication throughout
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Full ownership of all final deliverables is transferred to the client once all payments have been completed in full. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of AURANTIQ. AURANTIQ reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the start of the project.
8. Confidentiality
