1. Agreement

By engaging AURANTIQ for any service, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms form the basis of our professional working relationship. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Services

AURANTIQ provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Social Media Marketing
  • Web Development
  • Branding & Identity
  • Automation & Systems
  • Social Media & Content Management

All services are custom-scoped and agreed upon before any work begins. The scope of work is defined in a written proposal or agreement sent to the client before the project starts.

3. Payments & Fees

A 50% advance payment of the total project value is required before any work begins. This payment secures your project in our schedule and covers initial work allocation. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery or launch. No final files, website access, or deliverables will be handed over until full payment is received.

All payments are non-refundable once a project has started due to the custom nature of our work. For monthly retainer services, payment is due at the beginning of each month. If payment is not received within 5 business days, work will be paused until payment is cleared.

4. Project Timeline & Communication

All project timelines are defined in the proposal. Timelines are based on timely client cooperation including:

  • Providing required content, assets, and information on time
  • Responding to feedback requests within 5 business days
  • Approving deliverables within the agreed timeframe

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days, the project will be placed on hold. Any restart fees will be communicated clearly before work resumes.

5. Revisions & Scope

Each project includes the number of revision rounds is specified in the project proposal sent before work begins. Standard projects include 2 rounds of revisions. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope of work will be treated as additional work and may ouccr extra charges. Any scope changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
  • Supply all necessary content, images, logos, and assets in a timely manner
  • Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Maintain respectful and professional communication throughout

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Full ownership of all final deliverables is transferred to the client once all payments have been completed in full. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of AURANTIQ. AURANTIQ reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. Clients who require confidentiality may request portfolio exclusion before the project begins.

8. Confidentiality

AURANTIQ treats all client information, business details, strategies, and project materials as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit written permission. Clients are also expected to keep any proprietary processes, strategies, or materials shared by AURANTIQ confidential.

9. Professional Conduct

Both parties agree to maintain respectful and professional communication throughout the working relationship. AURANTIQ reserves the right to terminate a project immediately and without refund in cases of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at any member of our team.

10. Limitation of Liability

While AURANTIQ delivers all services with professional care and best effort, AURANTIQ is not liable for results dependent on third-party platforms, algorithm changes, market conditions, or actions taken by the client after delivery. AURANTIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

11. Third Party Platforms & Tools

Some services may involve third-party platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Meta, TikTok, and other tools. AURANTIQ is not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or decisions made by these third-party platforms that may affect your project or campaigns.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination:

  • All payments made up to the point of termination are non-refundable
  • AURANTIQ will deliver all completed work up to the termination date
  • Any outstanding payments for work completed must be settled within 7 business days

13. Governing Law

These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through direct communication between both parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

AURANTIQ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All work created by AURANTIQ during a project including designs, website files, written content, graphics, and any other deliverable remains the intellectual property of AURANTIQ until full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of final payment, complete ownership of all agreed deliverables transfers to the client. At that point, AURANTIQ retains no ownership claim over the delivered work.
If a project is cancelled or paused before full payment is made, the client is not entitled to files, assets, or work completed beyond what has been fully paid for. Final credentials, source files, and project handover occur only after the outstanding balance is cleared.
