Yes. AURANTIQ is based in Lahore, Pakistan but we work with clients locally and internationally. Our entire process is built for remote collaboration with clear communication at every stage.

04 How is AURANTIQ different from other agencies?

We are not a mass-service provider. We are a focused boutique agency. You work directly with the founder no middlemen, no account managers. Every project gets our full attention and is built with intention, not from a template.

01 How is pricing structured?

Pricing is based on project scope, complexity, and requirements. We do not charge hourly for standard projects. Investment is discussed after understanding your specific needs no vague quotes, no surprises.

02 What are the payment terms?

A 50% advance payment is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery. This applies to all projects.

03 Are payments refundable?

Due to the custom nature of our work, payments are non-refundable once a project has started. We do everything possible to ensure satisfaction before work begins including a clear proposal and mutual agreement on scope.

04 Do you offer fixed packages?

No. Every project is custom-scoped based on your goals and requirements. This allows us to deliver focused and relevant work rather than a one-size-fits-all template.

01 How does a project start?

Every project begins with a short discovery call or message where we discuss your goals, scope, and expectations. Once aligned, we send a clear proposal. Work begins after the advance payment is received.

02 How long does a project take?

Identity Architecture projects typically take 4 to 5 weeks. Timelines depend on scope and how quickly the client provides feedback and approvals. Every proposal includes a clear timeline.

03 How many revisions are included?

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions as standard. Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work. This is clearly defined in every proposal before work starts.

04 Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Ongoing support and website maintenance are available after project completion. This falls under our Phase 03 Intelligent Systems service.
