1. Working Relationship
By engaging AURANTIQ, the client agrees to a professional service relationship focused on delivering digital, branding, and strategic solutions as outlined in the agreed scope of work.

2. Payments & Fees
To begin any project, a 50% advance payment of the total project value is required. This payment secures project scheduling and resource allocation.

The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery, deployment, or handover of assets.
All payments are non-refundable due to the customized nature of the services provided.

3. Project Timeline & Communication
Clients are expected to provide required information, feedback, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 5 business days).

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project may be placed on hold.
Restarting a paused project may require timeline adjustments or additional fees.

4. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds as defined in the original scope of work.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.

5. Professional Conduct
Both parties agree to maintain respectful and professional communication throughout the project.
AURANTIQ reserves the right to terminate a project in cases of harassment, abuse, or unethical behavior, without refund.

6. Ownership & Portfolio Use
Full ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client once all payments are completed.

AURANTIQ reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability Disclaimer
While AURANTIQ delivers services with professional care, we do not guarantee specific business results, platform performance, or third-party outcomes.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws, and any disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
